About today and tomorrow.

Sorry my last post wasn't brilliant I have been in the worst mood today.

Im just so full of nerves for tomorrow its been awful, but I have had a lovely day really...

In dept I had a great BJJ session this morning, there were 8 of us, 5 of us are competing tomorrow in different categories so we did king of the hill guard passing again and then we drilled grip breaking and arm bars and triangles, I just have to hope to high heaven that I remember what I am doing tomorrow.
The advance class was brilliant too, we drilled 10 guard passes, submissions and our takedowns. It made me realise that maybe its not the end of the world in some situations, I was told that I seem to know what i'm doing if I can go for what I want!
So that was nice!


But I have found out that I am competing at 9:55 - 10:35 and I am first on for my category, I can't and won't promise a medal.... nor I will last longer than 3 seconds but if it wasn't for the ARBJJ team I don't know what I would do!

I am now about to go through my bag and see what else I need, I wanted to do a whats in my bag video but I am bringing a lot so I will just take photos tomorrow... 

To be perfectly honest I look like I am about to go on holiday with a lot of Andy Roberts merchandise incase anyone forgets what team I am in!!

Well finally I guess its a massive GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!!!!!!

I am so proud and I know whatever happens the fact we are trying is winning, a medals nice and so is a trophy but the courage we have is a medal of honour to ourselves and our team!

I don't know everyone competing but I am sure I will see tomorrow but everything everyones told me the past few weeks and has shown me I can't be any happier.

Not much more I can do now it's just a waiting game to the finish line whether its after your first match or the final.

Win or learn... Never lose!
